摘  要:采用X射线荧光光谱仪的基本参数法,建立了X荧光法测量镀锡板表面铬含量的方法。由于钢基体的Fe元素对表面的Cr元素有基体效应,不同锡层厚度的基体效应不同,需要根据锡量建立分段曲线。试验结果表明:1.1~11.2 g/m^(2)的锡量范围内,至少需要分4个锡量段的校正曲线,才能得到准确的表面铬含量。Based on the fundamental parameter method of the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,a method of measuring chromium content on the surface of tinplate by X-ray fluorescence method was established.Because the Fe element of steel substrate has a matrix effect on Cr element of surface chromium,different tin layer thicknesses can cause different matrix effects.It is necessary to establish the subsection curve according to tin coating weight.The test results show that within the tin coating weight range of 1.1-11.2 g/m ^(2),the correction curve divided into at least 4 segments is needed to obtain the accurate surface chromium content.
