摘　　要：乡村民宿的高质量发展需要高质量的标准来引领,但现有多数乡村民宿服务质量标准却因其内容质量欠佳而难以发挥应有的引领作用。有关乡村民宿服务质量标准内容质量评价方面研究成果的缺失和对乡村民宿服务质量问题研究的不足是导致乡村民宿服务质量标准内容质量欠佳的根本原因。评价标准内容质量的主要目的在于提高标准的内容质量。因此,进行乡村民宿服务质量标准内容质量评价方面的理论研究显得十分必要。首先运用扎根理论归纳、提炼出一个贴合乡村民宿业态特征的服务质量指标体系;然后以该指标体系为依据,设计一种量化评价乡村民宿服务质量标准内容质量的方法;最后进行应用举例。High-quality development of the rural homestay industry calls for the guidance of high-quality standards while the current service standards fail to play the guiding role due to their poor quality of services.Lack of research findings related to the quality evaluation of service standards and inadequate research on the quality-specific problems are the root causes for the poor content standards for rural homestay services.Evaluating the contents of the standards is mainly intended to improve the content quality of these standards.Therefore,it is quite necessary to conduct theoretical research on the evaluation of the content of the service standards for the rural homestay industry.First,a service quality indicator system that matches its characteristics is established through careful summarization with the grounded theory.Second,a quantitative measurement method is designed on the basis of this indicator system.Finally,the examples of its application are provided.
