摘  要:为了探究纺纱方式对罗布麻/棉混纺纱性能的影响,采用“称重混合+条子混合”的混纺方法,将罗布麻纤维与扯松的精梳棉条混合后开松梳理成罗布麻混合条,再与精梳棉条并合,使罗布麻/棉混纺比为30/70。选择环锭纺、紧密纺、紧密赛络纺3种纺纱方式纺制出线密度为22.4 tex的混纺纱,对3种纱线的强力、毛羽、条干、芯吸高度和耐磨性能进行测试。结果表明:紧密赛络纺罗布麻/棉混纺纱的强力、毛羽、条干、芯吸高度和耐磨性能都最好,紧密纺纱次之,普通环锭纺纱线性能最差。In order to explore the effect of spinning method on the performance of apocynum/cotton blended yarn,a blending method of"weighing blending+sliver blending"is adopted.Apocynum fiber is mixed with the torn combed sliver and then opened and carded to form sliver.Apocynum blend sliver and combed sliver are drawn together to achieve a 30/70 apocynum/cotton blend ratio.Three spinning methods of ring spinning,compact spinning and compact-siro spinning are selected to produce a blended yarn with a linear density of 22.4 tex.The tenacity,hairiness,evenness,wicking height,and wear resistance of the three yarns are tested.The results show that the compact-siro spun apocynum/cotton blended yarn has the best performance in terms of tenacity,hairiness,evenness,wicking height and wear resistance,followed by compact spinning,and the performance of ordinary ring spinning is the worst.
