摘  要:采用香豆素荧光分散红277在水介质或水/二氧化碳(H_(2)O/CO_(2))介质中对涤纶织物进行染色,采用控制变量法设置32组染色试验,通过分析染色时间、温度和压力对涤纶织物染色的影响,得出较优的H_(2)O/CO_(2)介质染色工艺条件为2 h、100℃和10 MPa。在此染色条件下获得的涤纶织物的K/S值为4.90,固色率为97%。染色后涤纶织物的耐皂洗色牢度为4~5级,耐摩擦色牢度为4级,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均符合国家标准要求。染色后的涤纶织物在自然光源下呈现桃红色,在紫外光源下呈橙红色荧光,荧光发射最大波长为583 nm。Coumarin disperse red 277 is used to dye polyester fabric in water or water/supercritical carbon dioxide(H_(2)O/CO_(2)).5 of dyeing experiments are performed by using the control variable method.By analyzing the influence of dyeing time,temperature and pressure on polyester fabric,the recommended dyeing conditions are determined as dyeing at 100℃ for 2 h under 10 MPa with H_(2)O/CO_(2) medium.The K/S of dyed polyester fabric under this condition is 6.62 and the fixation rate is 91.7%.The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of dyed polyester fabric is grade 4,both of which can meet the national standard.The dyed polyester fabric exhibits pinkish under natural light and orange-red fluorescence under ultraviolet light sources,with a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 583 nm.
