摘  要:利用氧化石墨烯与纳米银凝胶对黏胶织物进行整理,开发了具有导电、防辐射、防紫外线性能的多功能窗帘用织物。研究表明,氧化石墨烯与纳米银凝胶对黏胶织物进行整理可使织物表面覆盖一层凝胶膜,该凝胶膜改善了织物的电-机械性能、电磁屏蔽效能与防紫外线性能,但导致织物风格性能指标略有下降。同时,凝胶中纳米银比例的增加可使整理织物的导电性能、电磁屏蔽效能与防紫外线性能上升,织物悬垂性能、折皱回复角与断裂强力略有下降。在相同氧化石墨烯与纳米银配比下,随着应变的增加,整理织物电阻随之增加。分析认为:利用氧化石墨烯与纳米银凝胶对黏胶织物进行功能整理,开发具有导电、防辐射、防紫外线性能的多功能窗帘用织物具有很好的可行性,制备过程中应将氧化石墨烯与纳米银的配比控制在1∶1~1∶2,同时应避免在高应变条件下使用。Using graphene oxide and nano silver gel to finish viscose fabric,the multifunctional curtain fabric with conductive,radiation and UV protection is developed.The results show that the surface of viscose fabric is covered with a layer of gel film after treating with GO and nano silver gel.The electro-mechanical properties,electromagnetic shielding efficiency and UV protection properties of the fabrics can be improved by gel film,but the style properties of the fabric reduce slightly.At the same time,with the increasing of the proportion of nano silver in the gel,the electrical conductivity,electromagnetic shielding efficiency and UV protection properties of the finished fabric increase,while the drape property,wrinkle recovery angle and breaking strength of the fabric slightly decrease.Under the same ratio of GO and nano silver,the resistance of finished fabric increases with the increase of strain.According to the analysis,it is feasible to develop multifunctional curtain fabric with conductive,radiation and UV protection by using GO and nano silver gel to finish viscose fabric.In the preparation process,the ratio of CO and nano silver should be controlled at 1:1~1:2 and the use under high strain conditions should be avoided.
