摘 要:为探究洗涤对气凝胶复合织物隔热性能的影响,选取4种气凝胶复合织物进行多次洗涤处理。通过对比洗涤前后织物形态、透气率、热阻以及织物表面温度的分布情况,探究气凝胶复合织物隔热能力以及隔热均匀度的变化。结果表明:随着洗涤次数的增加,气凝胶复合织物的隔热性能下降,其中第1次洗涤的影响最大,主要是洗涤使得气凝胶颗粒部分脱落;洗涤对絮片结构材料的隔热均匀度影响最大,薄型结构材料次之,发泡结构材料最小,这与复合织物基布的厚度及厚度稳定性有关;绗缝处理可延缓气凝胶复合织物隔热性能下降的幅度,10次洗涤后热阻出现显著下降。To explore the influence of washing on the thermal insulation performance of aerogel composite fabrics,four kinds of aerogel composite fabrics are selected for multiple washing treatments.By comparing the fabric morphology,permeability,thermal resistance,and temperature distribution on the fabric surface before and after wanshing,the changes of thermal insulation performance and thermal insulation uniformity of aerogel composite fabric are explored.The results show that with the increase of washing times,the thermal insulation performance of aerogel composite fabric decreases,among which the first washing has the greatest influence,which may be due to the partial shedding of aerogel particles.Washing is found to have the greatest influence on the thermal insulation uniformity of floc fabric,followed by thin fabric and the least influence on the foamed fabric.The thickness and thickness stability of composite fabric substrate are the essential factors.Moreover,it is found that the decrease in thermal insulation performance of aerogel composite fabric could be delayed by quilting.The thermal resistance of the quilted sample decrease significantly after 10 times of washing.
