摘  要:研究目的:低碳经济是当前及未来经济社会发展的重要任务之一,目前学界针对高速铁路从能源消耗和货物“公转铁”有效降低碳排放相关研究比较多,但是对于高速铁路开通对经济、社会影响间接对降碳作用尚未进行充分研究。本文选取京广高速铁路沿线75个城市2005—2015年的面板数据,采用PSM-DID模型研究高速铁路是否存在降低碳排放强度的作用,并探究其发生作用的机理。研究结论:(1)研究发现高速铁路开通降低碳排放强度的作用存在区域异质性,在中小城市显著,而在特大及大城市不显著;(2)探究发现沿线城市环境规章制度、城市规模、基础设施建设水平是高铁降低沿线城市碳排放的主要影响因素;(3)本研究成果可为我国未来高速铁路规划与设计中线路、站点位置选择如何有效降低碳排放提供思路。Research purposes:Low-carbon economy is one of the important tasks of current and future economic and social development.Currently,the academic circle has much studied on the effective reduction of carbon emissions by high-speed railway from energy consumption and goods"transit to rail",but the indirect impact of the opening of high-speed railway from the economy and society has not been fully studied.This paper selected the panel data of 75 cities along the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway from 2005 to 2015,and adopted the PSM-DID model to explore whether high-speed railway has the effect of reducing carbon emission intensity,and explored its mechanism.Research conclusions:(1)It is found that the role of high-speed railway in reducing carbon emission intensity has regional heterogeneity,which is significant in small and medium-sized cities,but not significant in mega and large cities.(2)It is explored that environmental rules and regulations,city size and infrastructure construction level are the main influencing factors for high-speed railway to reduce carbon emissions of cities along the line.(3)The research results can provide ideas for the way to effectively reduce carbon emissions in the planning and design of high-speed railways in China in the future.
