摘　　要：肥胖已成为21世纪全球健康问题的重大挑战,而减重手术是治疗肥胖及肥胖相关合并症安全、有效的方法,但公众仍对肥胖的危害及其治疗方式的认识不足。知信行理论用来解释个人知识和信念如何影响和促进健康行为的发生。本研究在知信行理论的指导下对公众肥胖、代谢病与减重手术知信行现状及评估工具进行综述,以期提高公众对肥胖、代谢病及减重手术的认识,为相关研究以及临床实践提供参考和依据。Obesity has become a major global health challenge in the 21st century. Bariatric surgery is a safe and effective treatment for obesity and obesity-associated medical problems. However, public awareness of the dangers of obesity, and its treatment modalities is still low. This study reviews the current status of general knowledge and attitude about obesity, metabolic diseases and bariatric surgery and the assessment tools under the guidance of the knowledge, attitude and practicetheory to improve public awareness of obesity, metabolic disorders, and bariatric surgery and provide a reference and basis for related research and clinical practice.
