摘 要:通过胺化基体合成、黄原酸化改性两步法制备新型黄原酸基生物质凝胶CMC/PEI-SS,并考察其对强酸溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附特性与机制。CMC/PEI-SS为大孔网状结构,具有较大的比表面积和孔径以及优异的热稳定性。在pH=3.0的强酸溶液中,其对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量为0.49mmol/g,较胺化基体CMC/PEI提升了974.65%,表明黄原酸基是增强吸附性能的关键。CMC/PEI-SS在Pb(Ⅱ)-Zn(Ⅱ)双组份强酸溶液中的吸附亲和力顺序为Pb(Ⅱ)>Zn(Ⅱ),分配系数、选择性系数分别较CMC/PEI提高了39.52倍、13.14倍。CMC/PEI-SS对Pb(Ⅱ)的选择性吸附是胺基、黄原酸基共同作用的结果,可形成更加稳定的多齿螯合配位,有利于抵抗质子以及其他阳离子的竞争干扰。应用CMC/PEI-SS动态吸附处理模拟酸性铅锌矿山废水,在1.1BV/h流速下,前91BV出水中Pb(Ⅱ)浓度低于0.5mg/L,表明其具有良好的应用潜力。A novel xanthane-based biomass gel CMC/PEI-SS,was prepared by a two-step method involving amination matrix synthesis and xanthanation modification.The adsorption properties and mechanisms of CMC/PEI-SS towards Pb(II)in strong acid solutions were investigated.For Pb(Ⅱ)solution at pH=3.0,so high adsorption capacity as 0.49mmol/g was enhanced by 974.65%compared to the aminated matrix CMC/PEI,indicating the xanthate group as the key to enhance the adsorption performance.The order of adsorption affinity in Pb(Ⅱ)-Zn(Ⅱ)two-component system was Pb(Ⅱ)>Zn(Ⅱ),and the partition coefficient and selectivity coefficient were 39.52 times and 13.14 times higher than those of CMC/PEI,respectively.Both amine and xanthate groups contributed to the selective adsorption of Pb(Il)onto CMC/PEI-SS,because of the more stable multi-dentate chelating ligands which could facilitate the resistance to proton as well as the competition interference of other cation.Applying dynamic adsorption to treat simulated acidic Pb-Zn mine wastewater,Pb(Ⅱ)-concentration in the first 91BV effluent was less than 0.5mg/L at the flow rate of 1.1BV/h,which indicated the good potential of CMC/PEI-SS.
