In the current highly competitive environment,high-intensity work modes have become the norm, leading to a continuous rise in the incidence of endocrine and metabolic diseases.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)has attracted widespread attention as a result of its high incidence and is often accompanied by sleep disturbances.Long-term sleep disturbance can negatively affect the metabolism of PCOS patients, further affect the fertility of PCOS patients, and increase the risk of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic liver disease, and mental illness. Therefore, systematic screening and standardized treatment of PCOS patients with comorbid sleep disorders are of significant clinical importance in improving fertility rates and preventing complications.
