摘　　要：数字经济已成为引领新时代中国经济发展的新动能,科学衡量数字经济及其相关效应成为学界的热点议题。文章从知识与信息、数字基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化及数字化治理与公共服务等维度,构建了中国城市数字经济的综合评价指标体系,定量测算了90个地级及以上城市的数字经济发展水平,并结合空间统计分析模型揭示了数字经济的空间分异格局和影响因素。结果表明:中国数字经济发展水平的地域分异明显,呈现东部沿海城市及省会城市领先发展的态势,形成包括核心节点—次核心节点—省会级数字经济中心—市级数字经济中心的等级体系。分维度看,数字化服务与治理平均发展水平最高,产业数字化平均发展水平最低;城市间产业数字化水平的差异最大,数字化服务与治理水平发展差异较小;城市间数字产业化维度和基础设施建设维度的发展水平存在较大差距,发展不平衡特征突出。ICT产业集聚、政府支持、人力投入、产业结构升级对中国城市数字经济发展水平具有显著正向影响。As the digital economy has become new momentum for China's economic development in the new era,measuring the level and effect of digital economy has become a hot research topic.On the basis of literature review and conceptual definition,the study built a comprehensive evaluation index system for the digital economy in China's cities from the dimensions of knowledge and information,digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,digital governance,and public services and then measured the digital economy development levels in 90 cities.Furthermore,the spatial analysis model was employed to reveal the spatial differentiation pattern and influencing factors of the digital economy.The results showed that China's digital economy presented significant regional differentiation,with advanced levels in eastern coastal cities and provincial capitals.A hierarchical network composed of primary nodes,secondary nodes,provincial capitals,and prefecture-level cities was formed.In terms of different dimensions,the average development level was the highest in digital services and governance and the lowest in industrial digitization.The intercity difference was the largest in industrial digitization and the smallest in digital services and governance.Digital industrialization and infrastructure varied significantly among cities,showing an uneven development pattern.The agglomeration of ICT industry,government support,human resources investment,and industrial structure upgrading had positive impacts on the digital economy in China's cities.The results provide a basis for promoting the balanced development of digital economy among cities.
