摘  要:微针贴片因其具有微创、高集成度和良好的生物相容性等特点,将在下一代生物传感器的个性化、数字化和智能化建设中发挥重要作用。在生物医学领域,微针贴片可以突破皮肤的角质层障碍,在皮肤中形成数百条可逆微通道,为间质液中生物标志物提取分析提供了一种安全、无痛和高效的方式,有望帮助实现更好的个性化医疗保健、远程医疗和早期疾病诊断。在食品检测和植物检测方面,微针贴片的针尖可穿透表面检测样品内部,实现快速可靠的质量评估。近年来有大量研究使用微针贴片进行快速采样和生物标记物的针上定量。该文主要介绍微针的制备方法以及微针贴片生物传感器的研究进展。Microneedle patches will play an important role in the personalized,digital and intelligent construction of next-generation biosensors because of their minimally invasive,highly integrated and good biocompatibility characteristics.In the field of biomedicine,microneedle patches can break through the skin's stratum corneum barrier and form hundreds of reversible microchannels in the skin,providing a safe,painless and efficient way to extract and analyze biomarkers in interstitial fluid,promising to help achieve better personalized healthcare,telemedicine and early disease diagnosis.In terms of food testing and plant testing,the tip of the microneedle patch penetrates the surface to inspect the interior of the sample,enabling rapid and reliable quality assessment.In recent years,there have been numerous studies using microneedle patches for rapid sampling and on-needle quantification of biomarkers.This article mainly introduces the preparation of microneedles and the research progress of microneedle patch biosensors.
