摘  要:即时检测(POCT)是指在中央实验室之外靠近患者的床旁测试,POCT检测快速、成本低廉,可很好解决实际检测过程中样品周转费时的问题,广泛应用医疗、环境监测、食品安全等领域。基于智能手机的光学传感器,可很好满足POCT的检测要求,不需要技术熟练人员,可广泛应用到偏远地区,具有良好应用前景。根据光学技术的不同,光学传感器一般可分为表面等离子体共振传感器、荧光传感器、比色传感器。该文综述了该三种光学传感器在检测生物分子层折射率、降钙素、链霉素、四环素、唾液中尿素、血清分析物方面的应用,并对未来其应用前景进行了展望。Point-of-Care testing(POCT)refers to clinical laboratory testing that is closer to the patient outside the central laboratory.POCT is fast and at a reasonable cost,which can well solve the problem of time-consuming sample turnover in the actual testing process.It is widely used in medical,environmental monitoring,food safety and other fields.The optical sensor based on the smart phone can well meet the POCT detection requirements,overcome the shortcomings of the technical requirements for the detection of personnel,and can be widely used in remote areas,and has good application prospects.According to different optical technologies,optical sensors can generally be divided into surface plasmon resonance sensors,fluorescence sensors,and colorimetric sensors.This article reviews the application of the three optical sensors in the detection of biomolecular layer refractive index,calcitonin,streptomycin,tetracycline,urea in saliva,and serum analytes,and prospects for their future applications.
