摘 要:输变电工程升级扩容建设带来的噪声污染问题受到广泛关注。相关交流输变电架空线路噪声环境影响评价有利于指导预防和降低建设项目可能带来的噪声影响,为持续改善声环境质量提供有效的支撑。文章针对交流输变电架空线路运行期噪声环境影响评价过程中有关背景噪声测量、线路噪声贡献值分析、厂界确定等关键过程做了剖析,并结合实际建设项目运行期噪声环境影响评价过程、预测和监测结果,就相关交流输变电架空线路运行期噪声环境影响评价现状、问题进行了深入分析,提出了相关建议。The noise pollution problem brought by the construction of power transmission and substation project upgrade and expansion is widely concerned.The noise environmental impact assessment of AC transmission and sub⁃station overhead lines is helpful to guide the prevention and reduction of noise impact that may be brought by con⁃struction projects and provide effective support for the continuous improvement of sound environment quality.This pa⁃per analyzes the key elements related to background noise measurement,line noise contribution value analysis,and plant boundary determination in the process of noise environmental impact evaluation during the operation period of AC transmission and transformer overhead lines,and combines the process of noise environmental impact evaluation,prediction and monitoring results during the operation period of actual construction projects,provides an in-depth analysis of the relevant evaluation status and problems,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
