摘  要:通过实验研究了一种采用密封管消解-变色酸分光光度法测定水样中总氮的分析方法,相比传统国标紫外分光光度法具有操作简便,快速的优点,适用于现场应急监测。在6家实验室使用该方法对总氮标准样品和实际水样进行测定,并与紫外法进行比对。结果表明:6家实验室空白实验计算检出限为0.12mg/L,对总氮标准样品的监测结果均在误差范围内,实验室内相对误差为-8.2%~2.8%,准确度较高;对3个不同浓度实际水样进行精密度测定,实验室内相对标准偏差分别为1.4%~7.3%、0.7%~6.8%、5.4%~7.2%,实验室间的相对标准偏差分别为2.1%、2.6%、1.0%,精密度较高;用该方法与紫外法同时测定实际水样,对测试数据进行t检验,两种方法测试结果无显著差异。An analysis method for the determination of total nitrogen in water by sealed tube digestion chromotrop⁃ic acid spectrophotometry has been studied.Compared with the traditional national standard ultraviolet spectropho⁃tometry,it has the advantages of simple operation and fast speed,which can make it very suitable for on-site emergen⁃cy monitoring.The method was used in 6 laboratories to determine the total nitrogen standard samples and actual wa⁃ter samples,and compared with the ultraviolet method.The results show that the average detection limit of blank exror range,the relative error in the laboratory is-8.11%~2.78%,and the accuracy was high;the relative standard devi⁃ation in the laboratory was 1.4%~7.3%,0.7%~6.8%,5.4%~7.2%for three actual water samples of different concentra⁃tions,respectively,The relative standard deviations between laboratories are 2.1%,2.6%and 1.0%,respectively,with high precision.The two methods are used to determine the actual water samples at the same time,and t-test is carried out on the test data;there is no significant difference between the two methods.
