江苏省某区农村生活污水处理设施运行评估及分析

摘　　要：文中对江苏省某区近十年以来建设的119个村的生活污水处理设施的建设、运行和管理情况进行评估。结果表明,农村生活污水处理设施整体建设运行情况一般,普遍存在接户不到位、污水管网覆盖低、设备进水少的问题;除此之外,设备闲置、出水不能稳定达标等问题也较为常见。主要原因为工艺选型不合理、施工不规范、人员管理不专业及运维资金无保障等。The article evaluates the construction,operation,and management of domestic sewage treatment facili⁃ties in 119 villages built in a certain district of Jiangsu Province over the past decade.The results indicate that the overall construction and operation of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities are average,with common problems such as inadequate household connections,low coverage of sewage pipe networks,and low equipment inflow;In addi⁃tion,issues such as idle equipment and unstable effluent standards are also common.The main reasons are unreason⁃able process selection,non-standard construction,unprofessional personnel management,and lack of guarantee for operation and maintenance funds.
