摘 要:为了探究Lyocell长丝非织造材料的性能优势,探索更多的应用领域,对比分析了Lyocell长丝非织造材料(自制)和市面上现有纤维素非织造材料的性能差异,从非织造材料的微观形貌、结晶度、吸水性、透气性、柔软度、强度等方面将Lyocell长丝非织造材料与Lyocell短纤、粘胶短纤、铜氨长丝3种非织造材料进行对比分析,结果表明:由于采用干喷湿法纺丝工艺,Lyocell长丝和短纤非织造材料的结晶度和强度优于粘胶短纤和铜氨长丝非织造材料;由于采用直接纺丝成网工艺,Lyocell长丝非织造材料的纤维断头少,纤维间缠结更好,掉屑率低于粘胶短纤和Lyocell短纤非织造材料。In order to explore the performance advantages and application areas of Lyocell filament nonwovens,the performance differences between Lyocell filament nonwoven materials(homemade)and commercially available cellulosic nonwoven materials were comparatively analyzed,Lyocell filament nonwovens were compared with Lyocell staple fiber,viscose staple fiber and copper ammonia filament from the aspects of micro-morphology,crystallinity,water absorption,air permeability,softness and strength.The results show that the crystallinity and strength of Lyocell nonwoven materials are better than that of viscose and copper-ammonia nonwoven materials due to the direct spinning into a web process,and the fibre breakage of Lyocell filament nonwoven materials is less,the inter-fibre entanglement is better,and the rate of chip-out is lower than that of viscose staple fibre and Lyocell staple fibre nonwoven materials due to the direct spinning into a net process.
