摘 要:针对纯苎麻纱毛羽较多,产品易产生刺痒感的问题,以热水溶解苎麻/维纶混纺纱得到的超细苎麻纱为纱芯、有色涤纶粗纱和本色棉纤维粗纱作为外包纤维纺制涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱,并对涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱的强伸性、耐磨性、毛羽、条干均匀度进行测试,研究加捻以及苎麻含量对成纱性能的影响。结果表明:赛络包芯纱的捻向与纱芯相同时,成纱表面平整,纱芯不易外漏;涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱存在临界捻系数,临界捻系数在360左右;随着捻系数的增加,涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱的条干不匀和耐磨性均呈现先增加后减小趋势;随苎麻含量的增加,涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱的耐磨性和断裂伸长率均逐渐减小,断裂强度则先减小后增加,苎麻含量为17%时,断裂强度最小,为1.67 cN/tex。通过超细苎麻纱芯制备的涤纶/棉/苎麻赛络包芯纱具有较好的外观和物理机械性能,使苎麻纤维具有更广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problem that the pure ramie yarn has more hairiness and then the produced textile is easy to produce itching feeling,the superfine ramie yarn made from dissolving ramie/vinylon blended yarn was used as the core,and the colored polyester roving and natural cotton roving as the overwrapped fibers to spin the polyester/cotton/ramie siro core-spun yarn.The tensile strength,abrasion resistance,hairiness and evenness of the obtained core-spun yarn were tested.The results show that the core-spun yarn has flat surface and the core is not easy to leak out when the twist direction of the spinning yarn is the same as that of the core.The critical twist coefficient of polyester/cotton/ramie siro core-spun yarn is about 360.With the increase of twist coefficient,the unevenness and abrasion resistance of polyester/cotton/ramie siro core-spun yarn increased first and then decreased.With the increase of ramie content,the abrasion resistance and elongation at break of polyester/cotton/ramie siro core-spun yarn decreased gradually,while the breaking strength first decreased and then increased,and the smallest breaking strength 1.67 cN/tex was observed when ramie content was 17%.The polyester/cotton/ramie siro core-spun yarn with super-fine ramie core has better appearance and physical and mechanical properties,and makes the ramie fiber has a wider application prospect.
