摘  要:为了研究还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)整理对羊毛织物功能性的影响,设计单因素试验,以抗静电性能和抗紫外线性能为评价指标,研究整理工艺中氧化石墨烯(GO)质量浓度、维生素C(还原剂)质量浓度、还原时间对整理效果的影响。还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)对羊毛织物功能整理的优化工艺为:GO质量浓度3 g/L、维生素C还原溶液质量浓度2 g/L、25℃恒温水浴、还原时间20 min。整理后羊毛织物的紫外线防护系数(UPF)值达176.52,半衰期为2.2 s,抗静电性能和抗紫外线性能优异,且阻燃性有一定提升,耐水洗性能良好,但透气性稍有下降。In order to study the effect of reduced graphene oxide(rGO)finishing on the functionality of worsted wool fabrics,a single factor experiment was designed to study the effect of the concentration of graphene oxide(GO),vitamin C(reducing agent)and reducing time on the finishing effect,taking the antistatic property and ultraviolet resistance as evaluation indexes.The optimized process of reducing graphene oxide(rGO)for wool fabric functional finishing is:GO concentration of 3 g/L,vitamin C reduction solution concentration of 2 g/L,25℃constant temperature water bath,reduction time of 20 min.The finished fabric has a UPF value of 176.52,a half-life of 2.2 s,excellent antistatic and ultraviolet resistance,and a certain improvement in flame retardance,good water washability,but slightly decreased air permeability.
