摘 要:粉煤灰因其具有良好的形态效应、微集料作用和火山灰效应而广泛应用于水利工程。由于母煤品质、化学成分和加工处理等因素对粉煤灰的品质影响较大,简单易行且实用性强的评价方法对粉煤灰的高效利用具有重要意义。从细度、需水量比、烧失量、硅铝铁氧化物总量等方面对浙江区域的不同粉煤灰进行研究,对比了我国现行标准GB1596-2017和组合因子两种方法的评价效果,结果表明组合因子评价方法的效果更优。结合粉煤灰品质的影响因素,针对粉煤灰品质提出了“看、测、算”系统性的综合评价体系,为粉煤灰在水利工程中的高效应用提供技术支撑。Fly ash is widely used in hydraulic engineering because of its good morphological effect,micro-aggregate effect and pozzolanic effect.Because the quality of the mother coal,chemical composition and processing have great influence on the quality of fly ash,the simple and practical evaluation method is of great significance for the efficient utilization of fly ash.In this paper,the aspects of fineness,water requirement ratio,loss on ignition and total amount of Si,Al and Fe oxides were studied for different fly ash in Zhejiang region,and the evaluation effect of GB1596-2017 and combination factor method was compared.The results showed that the combination factor evaluation method had better effect.Combining with the influencing factors of fly ash quality,a systematic comprehensive evaluation system of“observation,measurement and calculation”was proposed for fly ash quality,which provides technical support for the efficient application of fly ash in hydraulic engineering.
