摘  要:在多馈入系统发生大停电后,选择合适的时机接入直流联络线可以有效推进受端电网的恢复进程。与此同时,交直流之间及多个逆变站间的交互影响,为合理安排直流启动时机及运行出力带来了新的挑战。基于上述背景,该文提出一种能够同时协调关键机组、直流联络线与输电线路恢复的网架重构策略。首先,分析了多直流启动与运行对受端电网强度的要求,通过构建“n+1”网络实现了直流恢复安全约束的一体化线性建模;然后,为应对恢复过程中可能出现的突发状况,采用一种分时步的滚动窗口优化机制,建立了基于混合整数线性规划的源网协调恢复模型;接着,针对模型求解效率低的问题,提出了两种支路预筛选策略;最后,以修改的新英格兰10机39节点系统为例验证了所提方法的有效性。The formation of large-scale multi-infeed HVDC electric power transmission has led to an increasingly complex power system structure,which in turn has increased the risk of safety accidents.As a part of the power system security defense system,it is of great significance to study the power grid restoration strategy that involves the participation of HVDC tie lines.After a blackout of multi-infeed system,in order to select the appropriate time to connect to the HVDC tie lines and arrange the active power output of each inverter station effectively,a multi-time-step network reconstruction model was proposed which can coordinate the restoration of the key units,HVDC tie lines,and the transmission lines simultaneously.Firstly,the paper analyzed the key indicators that affect the safety and stability of the AC/DC system.It was found that the technical bottleneck lies in establishing a linear relationship between node impedance and restoration decision variables during the modeling of short circuit capacity(SCC)and multi-infeed short circuit ratio(MISCR)constraints.To address the above issue,an integrated linear modeling of HVDC restoration security constraints was implemented by constructing an“n+1”network.This approach avoids potential risks caused by HVDC participation in the restoration process while meeting the strength requirements of multiple HVDC startup and operation in the receiving-end power grid.In order to deal with the unavailability of the predetermined solutions due to secondary power loss of equipment during the restoration process,a rolling window mechanism was adopted,which not only meets the requirements of computing speed,but also effectively responds to unexpected situations in the system and adjusts decision scheme in a timely manner.Then,based on the rolling window mechanism,a dynamic sequential decision optimization model for source-grid coordinated restoration was established,which is a mixed integer linear programming model with branch state as the decision variable.In addition,two branch
