摘 要:化石原料在能源领域逐渐被其它清洁可再生能源代替,其也被越来越多地转化为大宗烯烃单体(如丙烯)。除了用于生产聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶等聚烯烃,通过发展催化剂及催化过程将产量日益提高的丙烯单体转化为具有更高附加值的化学中间体,是一个摆在化学化工领域工作者面前的重要机遇和挑战。过渡金属催化丙烯选择性齐聚是非常具有前景的路径之一,能够制备得到一系列化学产品,例如4-甲基-1戊烯、线性己烯、丙烯三聚物和齐聚物、甚至含3~4个手性中心和官能团的丙烯三聚物或四聚物用于有机合成等。丙烯插入的区域选择性、立体选择性和链终止过程的调控是决定产物结构及选择性的关键。从催化剂结构、聚合产物效率与选择性、聚合机制及产物用途等角度,综述了过渡金属催化丙烯选择性齐聚所取得的进展,并对这一领域未来发展前景及面临的挑战进行了展望。Fossil resources are replaced by cleaner and reneawble resources in energy fields,and increasinly transformed into bulk olefin feedstocks such as propylene.Besides being used for producing polyolefins such as polypropylene and ethylene/propylene rubber,developing catalysts and catalytic processes to transform the huge scale propylene feedstock into high-value chemical products have become a great opportunity and an immenent challenge facing chemical and chemical engineering workers.Transition metal catalyzed propylene selective oligomerization is a promising pathway to convert propylene into a series of important chemical products such as 4-methyl-1-propylene,linear hexenes,propylene trimers and oligomers,and even propylene trimer and tetramer with 3~4 chiral centers and end functional groups for organic synthesis.Tuning propylene insertion regioselectivity and stereoselectivity,and chain termination process is key to determining the product structure and selectivity.Approaching this topic from the perspectives of catalyst structure,catalytic efficiency and selectivity,oligomerization mechanism and the promising product applications,this review summarized in propylene oligomerization and ended with an outlook on the future opportuties and challenges in this field.
