摘　　要：在汽车涂装领域,快速换色系统可以在较短时间内完成颜色切换的同时,节省涂料和溶剂消耗。本文介绍了快速换色系统的设备构成、工作流程及应用过程注意事项,对快速换色应用进行了总结及展望,预计未来快速换色将作为涂装车间涂料系统的主要设备,以满足产品颜色个性化的需求。The quick color change system can complete color change in a short time while saving paint and solvent.The equipment configuration and workflow of quick color change system were introduced,and some issues needing attention during its application were summarized.The future of quick color change application was prospected.It will become mainstream in paint shop to meet the demand of color personalization for automobiles.
