摘  要:在改性聚氨酯清漆中加入银杂化的纳米氧化锌抗菌剂,按车漆外饰件的涂装流程进行喷涂,参照车企标准测试涂层的常规性能,并在其中一些测试后检测涂层的抗菌、抗病毒性能。结果发现,在短周期的耐燃油测试及中长周期的高低温循环测试、冷凝水测试后,涂层对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果很好,但对白色念珠菌和人甲型流感病毒的抑制效果不理想,而长周期的耐光老化试验后,涂层失效。改变抗菌剂中银和纳米氧化锌的配比,并改进其制备工艺,加入二氧化硅,令外门把手涂层在老化后对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率超过99%,对白色念珠菌的抗菌率大于95%,抗人甲流病毒活性达到90%以上。A modified polyurethane varnish was added with an Ag-doped nano-ZnO antibacterial agent,and then sprayed on automotive exterior trim by industrial painting process.The properties of the coating were tested according to the automobile manufacturer’s standard.Antibacterial and antiviral tests were also carried out on the coating after some of the tests.It was found that the coating had good antimicrobial effect against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus after short-term fuel resistance test and mid-and-long-term high and low temperature cycling test and condensation water test,but not for Candida albicans and human influenza A virus.Long-term light aging test caused the failure of the coating.The antimicrobial agent was improved by changing the proportions of Ag and ZnO,modifying the fabrication process,and dosing SiO2.The coating prepared with the improved antimicrobial agent on automotive exterior door handle had an antimicrobial efficiency higher than 99%for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and at least 95%for Candida albicans as well as an antiviral activity against human influenza A virus up to at least 90%after aging tests.
