摘  要:斗轮取料机是干散货港口的核心设备,实现斗轮取料机无人智能化操作对智慧港口建设具有重大意义。提出一种斗轮取料机无人智能取料系统,通过增设各类传感器感知斗轮取料机周边作业环境,设计智能取料生产作业工艺流程,实现了斗轮取料机的无人化智能作业,并在煤炭码头项目成功应用,相较于人工作业取料流量更加平稳。该系统解决了斗轮取料机人工作业环境恶劣,人工操作不稳定等问题,具有很强的可行性及操作性,为干散货港口斗轮取料机无人控制提供参考。Bucket wheel reclaimer is the core equipment of dry bulk port.It is of great significance to realize the unmanned intelligent operation of bucket wheel reclaimer for the construction of intelligent port.In this paper,an unmanned intelligent reclaiming system for bucket wheel reclaimer was proposed.By adding various sensors to perceive the surrounding working environment of bucket wheel reclaimer,and designing intelligent reclaiming production process flow,the unmanned intelligent operation of bucket wheel reclaimer was realized,and it is successfully applied in coal port project,and the material reclaiming flow is more stable compared to manual operations.The system solves the problems of poor manual operation environment and unstable manual operation of bucket wheel reclaimer.It has strong feasibility and operability,and provides reference for unmanned control of bucket wheel reclaimer in dry bulk port.
