摘　　要：详细介绍炭素电极挤压机延伸段装置的设计计算方法,通过有限元模拟验证,模拟结果与计算结果一致,证明现有结构设计合理,有限元分析方法可以为零部件结构优化设计提供依据。This paper introduces the design calculation method of the extrusion section of carbon electrode extrusion press in detail.Calculation results are verified to be consistent with finite element simulation results,and the structural design is proved reasonable.FEA is adoptded as basis for structural design optimization of the parts and components.
