摘 要:为探究大型立式钢制拱顶储罐在风-火耦合作用下的屈曲失效机理,进而制定切实可行的防控方案,采用Abaqus建立储罐的池火灾模型和风火耦合数值模拟模型,研究储罐的热屈曲行为与其防控方案对储罐结构热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:热屈曲过程可划分为出现线性热膨胀的前屈曲和非线性变形的后屈曲阶段;后屈曲阶段的应力、应变呈波动变化,结构稳定性随时间的增长而降低,需要尽可能避免该情况的发生;储罐耐火时间随风速的增加而减小;通过增大壁厚、敷设防火涂层和设置加强圈等防控措施可有效增长耐火时间,推迟储罐热后屈曲行为的发生,有利于火灾抢险工作的进行。研究结果可为储油罐火灾防控方案的制定提供一定参考。In order to explore the buckling failure mechanism of large vertical steel vault storage tanks under wind-fire coupling effect,and formulate the feasible prevention and control schemes,the pool fire model and wind-fire coupling numerical simulation model of storage tanks were established by Abaqus,and the thermal buckling behavior of storage tanks and the influence of protection schemes on the thermal stability of storage tank structures were studied.The results show that the thermal buckling process can be divided into the pre-buckling stage with linear thermal expansion and the post-buckling stage with nonlinear deformation.The stress and strain in the post-buckling stage fluctuate,and the structural stability decreases with the increase of time,which needs to be avoided as much as possible.The fire resistance time decreases with the increase of wind speed.By increasing the wall thickness,laying the fireproof coating and setting the reinforcing ring,the fire resistance time can be effectively increased,and the occurrence of the thermal post-buckling behavior of storage tank can be delayed,which is conducive to the fire rescue work.The research results can provide some reference for the formulation of fire prevention and control scheme of oil storage tanks.
