贵池区野生多花黄精资源现状及其保育扩繁技术

摘　　要：本文调查了贵池区野生多花黄精资源分布状况,分析了引起其资源枯绝的形成原因,在此基础上提出了加快基地建设、制定保护办法,以及保育扩繁山场选择、原种保护、原种扩繁、病虫害防治、保育扩繁质量调查等保育扩繁措施与技术,以期为野生多花黄精资源的保存和利用提供参考。In this paper,a survey was made on the distribution of wild Polygonatum cyrtonema resources in Guichi District with an analysis on the causes for the resource depletion.Based on this,conservation and propagation techniques were put forward including speeding up the base construction,formulating conservation measures,selecting hilly sites for conservation and propagation,conserving and propagating indigenous surviving plants,controlling disease and pest and making an evaluation survey on the conservation and propagation quality,so as to provide reference for conserving and utilizing wild P.cyrtonema resources.
