水电站监控系统Oracle数据库异常问题分析及处理

摘　　要：Oracle数据库发生了异常及故障,如集控中心报表数据突然不能正常显示,表格内容显示为空白,没有任何字符,同等级的其他工作站如操作员站显示都正常。文章通过案例,分析了出现类似问题的原因,介绍了排查问题过程以及处理该类问题的方法。可为其他水电站、水电集控站等在Oracle数据库使用过程中遇到类似问题时提供一些处理问题的思路及借鉴方法,以达到快速处理、及时恢复监控数据的目的,确保水电站、水电集控站等数据准确可靠,监控系统安全稳定运行。The Oracle database of the company has experienced various anomalies and malfunctions.For instance,the report data from the control center suddenly fails to display correctly,with table contents appearing as blank without any characters.Meanwhile,other workstations of the same level,such as operator stations,display normally.This paper examines a case study to analyze the causes of similar issues,outlines the process of troubleshooting,and presents methods to address such problems.The methods described herein can offer insights and reference approaches to other hydropower plants,dispatch control centers,and similar entities encountering comparable problems with Oracle databases.This facilitates rapid resolution and timely restoration of monitoring data,ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data for hydropower plants and dispatch control centers,while promoting the secure and stable operation of monitoring systems.
