基于ANSYS-Fluent的挡水闸门水力特性及地震动响应特征研究

摘  要:为研究三河闸工程挡水闸门面板厚度对水流的影响问题,文章基于流固耦合场运动方程,采用ANSYS-Fluent仿真计算方法建立了闸门结构三维渗流场计算模型和地震动响应模型。研究表明,面板厚度变化时,闸门流场流线在挑流、射流演变中,逐步呈脱流、绕流的流线型,面板厚度递增,流速、动水压强呈先增后减变化,且流速受厚度影响程度高于动水压强。自振频率随计算阶次变化过程中,仅有厚度21cm、24cm下增幅稳定,平均增幅分别为8.5%、8.7%。面板厚度增大,自振频率就提高,厚度会影响结构体系自振水平,也会改变结构体系振型发展,影响结构薄弱面所在区域。闸门结构加速度响应值随面板厚度呈先增后减再二次递增变化,同时地震波峰频不会影响加速度与面板厚度的变化趋势特征,只会促进加速度整体响应水平提高,且面板厚度的影响反应敏感。To investigate the effect of face panel thickness on water flow in Sanhezha Water Conservancy Project,this paper establishes a three-dimensional seepage field computational model and a seismic response model for the gate structure using the fluid-structure coupling motion equation and the ANSYS-Fluent simulation calculation method.The research shows that as the panel thickness changes,the streamlines of the gate flow gradually transition from overflow to bypass during the flow and jet evolution.With an increase in panel thickness,the flow velocity and dynamic water pressure first increase and then decrease,with the flow velocity being more sensitive to the thickness variation than the dynamic water pressure.During the variation process of the natural frequency with the calculation order,only the thicknesses of 21 cm and 24 cm exhibit stable increases,with average increases of 8.5%and 8.7%,respectively.Increasing the panel thickness raises the natural frequency,affecting the resonant level of the structural system and altering the development of structural system modes,thereby impacting the region where structural weaknesses occur.The acceleration response of the gate structure varies in an increasing-decreasing-increasing manner with the panel thickness.The peak frequency of the seismic wave does not influence the trend of acceleration and panel thickness but enhances the overall response level of acceleration,with the effect of panel thickness being highly responsive.
