摘　　要：目的构建冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中西医结合康复护理质量评价指标体系,用于指导临床实践。方法依据“结构-过程-结果”三维质量模型,在指南共识指导下,结合文献研究和小组讨论提取有效指标,拟定指标体系初稿,应用德尔菲法对30名专家开展2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果2轮专家函询的问卷有效回收率分别为94%、100%,专家权威系数分别为0.886、0.897,各指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.181~0.245及0.181~0.329(均P<0.05)。最终确定的冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中西医结合康复护理质量评价指标体系包含3个一级指标,10个二级指标、43个三级指标。结论构建的冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中西医结合康复护理质量评价指标体系内容科学全面、权重分配合理,可为冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中西医结合康复护理质量评价提供参考。Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease(CHD),and to guide clinical practice.Methods According to the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-outcome",and under the guidance of the guideline consensus,we extracted effective indicators from the literature and group discussion,and formed the draft of the evaluation index system.Two rounds of correspondence questionnaire in 30 experts were conducted by using Delphi method,and the weight of the indicators was determined by hierarchical analysis.Results The response rate of 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 94%and 100%;authority coefficient 0.886 and 0.897,and the Kendall’s harmony coefficient of indicators at all levels 0.181~0.245 and 0.181~0.329 respectively(all P<0.05).The final index system for evaluating the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI consisted of 3 first-level,10 second-level,and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system for quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI is scientific and comprehensive,with reasonable weight distribution,and can provide reference for the evaluation of the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI.
