摘　　要：目的探讨美国、英国和澳大利亚的护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式,为我国构建护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式提供借鉴。方法以美国、英国和澳大利亚的护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式为研究对象,检索有关文献,总结域外护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式的运行模式及效果,并基于我国国情,提出我国构建护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式的建议。结果护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式将护理服务和法律服务整合起来,在降低医疗成本、健康促进、提升护理职业的政策影响力等方面发挥了重要作用。结论我国在建立护理-法律跨专业整合实践模式时,需从建立护理-法律职业共同体、设置跨专业协作指南等方面入手,构建富有中国特色的护理-法律跨专业整合机制。Objective To explore the interdisciplinary development mode of nursing-law in the United States,the United Kingdom,and Australia,and to provide insights for constructing a nursing-law interdisciplinary development mode in China.Methods The literature regarding nursing-law interdisciplinary development mode in the United States,the United Kingdom,and Australia was searched,and the operation mode and effect of the nursing-law interdisciplinary practice in foreign countries were summarized.Based on the basic reality in China,suggestions were proposed for building a nursing-law interdisciplinary development mode in China.Results The nursing-law interdisciplinary development mode plays an important role in reducing medical costs,promoting health,and enhancing the policy influence of the nursing profession through the integration of nursing services and legal services.Conclusion When establishing nursing-law interdisciplinary development mode in China,it is necessary to start with establishing a nursing-law professional community,setting up cross professional cooperation guidelines,and constructing a nursing-law interdisciplinary mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
