摘　　要：目的使用中文版宿命观量表在恶性血液病患者中进行信效度检验。方法2021年6—12月,采用便利抽样法在天津市某三级甲等专科医院血液科住院的213例恶性血液病为研究对象,检验量表的信效度。结果中文版宿命观量表终版包括14个条目,3个维度。验证性因子分析显示:三因子结构模型拟合良好,χ^(2)/df=1.139,RMESA=0.026。中文版宿命观总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.901,各维度的Cronbachα系数为0.823~0.888。结论中文版宿命观量表具有较好的信效度,可用于恶性血液病患者宿命观水平的评估。Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Fatalism Scale in patients with hematologic malignancies.Methods From June to December 2021,213 patients with hematologic malignancies hospitalized in hematology department of a tertiary specialized hospital in Tianjin were selected by convenient sampling,and the reliability and validity of the Fatalism Scale were tested.Results The final version of the Chinese version of Fatalism Scale consisted of 14 items and 3 dimensions.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three factor structure model fitted well(χ^(2)/df=1.139,RMESA=0.026).The total Cronbachαwas 0.901,and that of each dimension ranged between 0.823 and 0.888.Conclusion The Chinese version of Fatalism Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the fatalism level of patients with hematologic malignancies.
