摘　　要：转炉冶炼周期是衡量转炉炼钢水平的综合技术指标之一,与转炉钢产量、炼钢操作工艺、钢水质量以及设备作业率紧密联系。某钢厂针对转炉冶炼效率开展了包括,高效底吹、高效供氧、快速出钢、高效溅渣护炉等一系列的技术攻关,研究发现:将底吹供气强度从0.06 m^(3)/(t·min)提高到0.16 m^(3)/(t·min),通过溅渣护炉与激光测厚技术相结合,控制炉底高度在合理范围之内,兼顾底吹效果与炉底维护,炉龄区间控制在5000±500炉左右,碳氧积最优可达到0.00136的平均值;将供氧强度控制在3.5~4.0 m^(3)/(t·min),可以满足冶炼前、中、后期成渣和脱磷的需求,将供氧时间从15.7 min缩短到14.4 min。通过一系列技术攻关,钢厂生产能力得到大幅提高,突破了3座转炉日产百炉的目标、实现了月产86.2万吨钢水、具备了年产量近千万吨的能力。The tap-to-tap time of the converter is one of the comprehensive technical indexes to measure the steelmaking process,which is closely related to the output,the quality of molten steel and the operation rate of the converter.Aiming to improve the efficiency of the converter,a series of technical breakthroughs,including efficient bottom blowing,efficient oxygen supply,rapid steel production,efficient slag splash and furnace protection,etc.has been carried out.The research findings are as follows:by increasing the gas supply intensity of the bottom blow from 0.06 m^(3)(/t·min)to 0.16 m^(3)/(t·min),combining the slag spattering furnace and the laser thickness measurement technology,and controlling the height of the bottom furnace within a reasonable range,the furnace age range can be controlled around 5000±500 furnaces.The average value of carbon-oxygen equilibrium could reach 0.00136.The oxygen supply intensity is controlled at 3.5~4.0 m^(3)/(t·min),which can meet the demand of slagging and dephosphorization of steelmaking process,and shorten the oxygen supply time from 15.7 min to 14.4 min.Through a series of technical breakthroughs,the production capacity has been greatly improved,breaking through the goal of 100 converters per day with three converters,achieving a monthly output of 862,000 tons of molten steel and an annual output of nearly 10 million tons.
