摘 要:加热炉是工业生产中典型的热处理设备,具有升温快、热效率高、加热均匀等特点,并且可靠耐用、安全经济。在通过加热炉对产品零部件进行加工时,温度控制效果的好坏直接影响到生产的安全以及产品的质量,因此需要对加热炉炉温控制系统进行重点研究。介绍了一种基于PLC以及力控组态软件设计的加热炉炉温控制系统,阐明炉温控制系统的总体设计方案,包括检测、转换元件、温度测量元件、执行器元件等硬件设计,明确系统炉温控制流程,对力控组态软件监控界面进行优化设计,通过基于组态软件的加热炉炉温控制系统,可以实现加热炉炉温的稳定控制,进一步保证加工工件的质量,能够提升工业加热炉的生产效率,实现炉温精准化、稳定化运行。Heating furnace is a typical heat treatment equipment in industrial production,with fast heating,high thermal efficiency,uniform heating and other characteristics,and reliable,durable,safe and economic.When the parts of the product are processed by the heating furnace,the temperature control effect directly affects the safety of production and the quality of the product,so it is necessary to focus on the temperature control system of the heating furnace.A heating furnace temperature control system based on PLC and force control configuration software is introduced,expounds the overall design scheme of the furnace temperature control system,including hardware design of detection,conversion components,temperature measurement components,and actuator components,defines the furnace temperature control process of the system and optimizes the monitoring interface of force control configuration software.Through the heating furnace temperature control system based on the configuration software,the stable control of the heating furnace temperature can be realized,the quality of the processed workpiece can be further ensured,the production efficiency of the industrial heating furnace can be improved,and the precision and stable operation of the furnace temperature can be realized.
