摘 要:为探究燃气管道不同泄漏孔部位泄漏时声波信号特性,通过燃气管道泄漏声波测试实验平台,对管道顶部、侧部和底部泄漏孔部位的燃气管道泄漏声源特性进行了实验。结果表明:不同泄漏孔部位的泄漏声波响应频率不同;当压力一定时,圆形和矩形泄漏孔的突出频响点均在管道侧部最大,底部次之,顶部最小;当压力一定时,圆形孔的ASL、RMS值在泄漏孔位于管道顶部时最大,侧部次之,底部最小,但当压力在0.6 MPa及以下时,管道侧部泄漏点处参数特征值与管道底部泄漏点处的接近,前者略小于后者;而对于矩形孔来说,两个参数特征值均在管道顶部时最大,底部次之,侧部最小。该研究结果为城镇燃气管道的实时监测提供了理论支持,有助于防范管道泄漏。In order to explore the characteristics of acoustic signal of gas pipeline leakage at different leak holes,the gas pipeline leakage acoustic source characteristics test s carried out when the leak holes located at the top,side and bottom of the pipeline through the gas pipeline leakage acoustic test platform.The results show that the response frequency of leakage sound wave is different at different leakage holes;When the pressure is constant,the prominent frequency response points of circular and rectangular leakage holes are the largest at the side of the pipe,followed by the bottom,and the smallest at the top;When the pressure is constant,the ASL and RMS of the circular hole are the largest when the leakage hole is at the top of the pipe,the side is the second,and the bottom is the smallest.However,when the pressure is 0.6 MPa and below,the characteristic value of the parameters at the leakage point outside the pipe is close to the leakage point at the bottom of the pipe,the former is slightly smaller than the latter;For rectangular holes,the characteristic values of the two parameters are the largest at the top of the pipe,the second at the bottom,and the smallest at the side.The research results provide theoretical support for the real-time monitoring of urban gas pipelines and help to prevent pipeline leakage.
