摘  要:为强化学生对雷达脉内信号识别与参数测量的理解,利用深度神经网络进行雷达脉内信号有意调制识别、无意调制识别以及参数测量实验。由ADALM-PLUTO与USRP通过天线分别完成雷达脉冲信号的发射与接收;对接收到的雷达脉内信号进行希尔伯特变换提取其瞬时相位特征,利用ResNet网络进行无意调制识别;同时对脉内信号进行时频变换并绘制时频图像,利用AlexNet网络进行有意调制识别;根据有意调制识别的结果对脉内信号进行参数测量,并将结果显示在上位机界面中。该实验也可作为创新性实验,由学生自行编程设计深度神经网络以及参数测量算法分别实现脉内信号识别和参数测量。In order to strengthen students’understanding of radar pulse signal recognition and parameter measurement,experiments of intentional modulation recognition,unintentional modulation recognition and parameter measurement of radar pulse signal are designed by using deep neural network.Firstly,ADALM-PLUTO and USRP transmit and receive radar pulse signals respectively through antennas.Secondly,Hilbert transformation is used to extract the instantaneous phase characteristics of the received radar pulse signals,and ResNet network is used for unintentional modulation recognition.At the same time,the pulse signals are transformed and time-frequency images are drawn.AlexNet network is used for intentional modulation recognition.Finally,the parameters of the pulse signal are measured according to the results of intentional modulation recognition,and the results are displayed in the upper computer interface.The experiment can also be used as an innovative experiment,in which the deep neural network and parameter measurement algorithm are programmed and designed by students to realize intra-pulse signal recognition and parameter measurement respectively.
