摘　　要：数字经济是农业经济和工业经济之后人类社会发展至今必然到来的新发展阶段,所有的行业、领域都会涉及数字化转型,都将构成数字经济的一部分。在枣庄智能社会实验场景的实地采访与调研基础上,本文以化工企业为例,对传统工业数字化转型升级过程中面临的主要阻碍与驱动因素进行了深入分析和研究。研究结果表明,化工产业数字化升级的直接推动力源自技术进步与政策引导,降本增效仍然是核心的驱动因素,而企业组织战略制定等构成了长期发展目标。本文针对企业数字化转型过程“不敢、不愿、不能”的难点提出了相应的对策建议,以供正处于数字化转型过程中的企业参考。The digital economy is a new development stage that is bound to come after the development of human society so far after the agricultural economy and industrial economy,and all industries and fields will be involved in digital transformation and will form part of the digital economy.Based on the field interviews and research in Zaozhuang's intelligent society experimental scene,this paper takes chemical enterprises as an example,and carries out an in-depth analysis and research on the main obstacles and driving factors faced in the process of digital transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The research results show that the direct driving force for digital upgrading in the chemical industry originates from technological progress and policy guidance,while cost reduction and efficiency enhancement are still the core driving factors,and the formulation of organizational strategy of enterprises also constitutes a long-term goal.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the difficulties of the difficulties such as"can't,won't,and don't dare"in the process of enterprise digital transformation,so as to provide the reference for enterprises in the process of digital transformation.
