摘　　要：动车组配置电子沙位显示装置实时检测和显示沙箱中的沙位信息,用于指导日常检修维护工作。文中阐述了电子沙位显示装置的技术要求、组成原理,以及沙位传感器检测原理。对某型动车组在冬季频繁发生电子沙位显示装置不能正确检测沙位信息的故障原因进行了分析,确定故障原因为沙位传感器检测距离设定值不满足低温环境使用要求。提出将沙位传感器检测距离设定值由0~5 mm更改为1~2 mm的改进措施,以满足-40~+70℃环境温度使用要求,经高、低温试验验证改进措施有效。The EMU is equipped with an electronic sand level display device to detect and display real-time sand level information in the sandbox,used to guide daily maintenance and repair work.This article elaborates on the technical requirements,composition principles,and detection principles of electronic sand level display devices.An analysis was conducted on the reasons for the frequent failure of the electronic sand level display device to correctly detect sand level information in a certain type of high-speed train unit in winter.It was determined that the fault reason was that the detection distance set by the sand level sensor did not meet the requirements for low-temperature environment use.Propose an improvement measure to change the detection distance setting of the sand level sensor from 0-5 mm to 1-2 mm to meet the environmental temperature requirements of -40-+70℃.The effectiveness of the improvement measures has been verified through high and low temperature tests.
