摘  要:文中介绍了低轮轨动作用力的架悬式永磁转向架技术方案,结合架悬式永磁直驱转向架结构和B型地铁线路特点,建立了非线性驱动装置系统和整车动力学计算模型,进行了电机吊挂参数对车辆动力学性能影响规律研究,优化了能满足速度80 km/h B型地铁运营要求的电机吊挂参数,对车辆动力学性能进行了各工况下的仿真校核分析,同时利用线路动力学试验,验证了架悬式永磁转向架的动力学性能符合标准要求。研究结果表明:装用架悬式永磁直驱转向架的速度80 km/h B型地铁宜采用较大刚度的电机吊挂参数,车辆具有较高的临界速度,平稳性、安全性和柔度系数均满足标准要求,车辆刚性自振频率无耦合,架悬式永磁直驱转向架动力学性能达到运营要求。This paper introduces the technical scheme of suspended permanent magnet bogie with low wheel-rail action force.Based on the structure of a suspension type permanent magnet direct drive bogie and the characteristics of a B-type subway line,a nonlinear driving device system and a vehicle dynamics calculation model was established The influence of motor suspension parameters on vehicle dynamics performance is studied,and the motor suspension parameters that can meet the operation requirements of 80 km/h B-type subway are optimized.The simulation check analysis of vehicle dynamics under various working conditions is carried out.At the same time,the dynamic performance of the suspension type permanent magnet bogie was verified to meet the standard requirements through line dynamics tests.The research results indicate that:the B-type subway equipped with frame mounted permanent magnet direct drive bogies at a speed of 80 km/h should adopt motor suspension parameters with higher stiffness,the vehicle has a high critical speed,and its running behavior,safety,and flexibility coefficient all meet the standard requirements,the vehicle’s rigid natural frequency is uncoupled,and the dynamic performance of the frame mounted permanent magnet direct drive bogies meet the operational requirements.
