摘　　要：目的:观察连草泻痢胶囊对急性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者外周血巨噬细胞表型的影响。方法:选取82例符合纳入标准的UC患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组41例。其中对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在此基础上予连草泻痢胶囊口服治疗,疗程8周;分别检测两组患者治疗前后外周血巨噬细胞百分比和血清炎症因子(IL-6、IL-1β、IL-4、IL-10)水平。结果:对照组和观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-1β和M1型巨噬细胞百分比均显著下降(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10和M2型巨噬细胞百分比均显著上升(P<0.05)。连草泻痢胶囊治疗观察组上述变化较单纯美沙拉嗪治疗对照组显著。结论:连草泻痢胶囊可通过巨噬细胞极化促进外周血巨噬细胞向M2表型极化,抑制M1表型,进而有效控制UC炎症。Objective:To observe the effects of Liancao Xieli Capsule on the phenotype of peripheral blood macrophages in patients with acute ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:82 patients with UC were randomly divi-ded into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Liancao Xieli Capsule orally on this basis for 8 weeks.The percentage of peripheral blood macrophages and the levels of serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1β,IL-4,IL-10)were observed and detected before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the percentages of M1 macrophages and IL-6,IL-1βlevels in the control group and the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the percentages of M2 macrophages and IL-4,IL-10 levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).The above changes in the observation group treated with Liancao Xieli Capsule were more significant than those in the control group treated with Mesalazine alone.Conclusion:Liancao Xieli Capsule can promote the polarization of peripheral blood macrophages to M2 phenotype and inhibit M1 phenotype through macrophage polarization,thus effectively controlling UC inflammation.
