抗癌扶正方对小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究抗癌扶正方对小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤的抑制作用。方法:建立小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤模型,随机分成荷瘤对照组,顺铂对照组,抗癌扶正方低、中、高剂量组(14.6、29.2、58.4 g/kg),各组连续给药28 d后,剥离肿瘤组织,称重、计算抑瘤率。结果:与荷瘤对照组比较,顺铂对照组和抗癌扶正方低、中、高剂量组小鼠瘤重极显著降低(P<0.01),且抗癌扶正方的抑瘤率随着剂量的增加而升高。结论:抗癌扶正方对Lewis肺癌移植瘤具有显著的抑制作用。Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Kang’ai Fuzheng Decoction on Lewis lung cancer transplantation tumor in mice.Methods:Lewis lung cancer transplantation tumor models were established and randomly divided into tumor-bearing control group,Cisplatin control group,and Kang’ai Fuzheng Decoction low,medium and high dose groups(14.6,29.2 and 58.4 g/kg).After 28 days of continuous administration,the tumor tissues were peeled off,weighed,recorded and then the tumor suppression rate was calculated and a-nalyzed.Results:Compared with the tumor-bearing control group,the tumor weight of mice in the Cisplatin control group and the low,medium and high dose groups of Kang’ai Fuzheng Decoction was extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the tumor suppression rate of Kang’ai Fuzheng Decoction raised with the increasing of dose.Conclusion:The significant inhibitory effect of Kang’ai Fuzheng Decoction on Lewis lung cancer transplantation tumor laid the experimental foundation for the clinical application of Kang’ai Fuzheng Decotion.
