大豆和苜蓿基因置换比较分析

摘  要:植物基因组的多倍化事件会使其产生大量的重复基因,为基因置换的发生提供了机会.采用比较基因组学和系统发育分析方法,在大豆、野生大豆、南苜蓿、花苜蓿、紫花苜蓿和蒺藜苜蓿基因组中,推断重复基因间发生的基因置换事件.结果表明,在豆科共同四倍体事件(legume-common tetraploid, LCT)后,2种大豆基因组中受到基因置换影响的重复基因有4 001~4 659对(37.61%~38.37%),4种苜蓿基因组中受到基因置换影响的重复基因有1 512~5 567对(10.71%~47.41%);对置换基因在染色体上的位置进行分析,发现基因置换的发生与基因在染色体上的位置没有明显的相关性;基因置换会使重复基因的表达模式更相似;不同物种间具有特定功能的基因倾向于发生基因置换.基因置换可能会促进豆科植物的根瘤固氮能力.Plant genomes undergo polyploidization events that result in a large number of duplicated genes,which provide opportunities for gene conversion to occur.In this study,comparative genomics and phylogenetic analysis were performed to infer gene conversion events occurring among duplicated genes in the genomes of Glycine max,Glycine soja,Medicago polymorpha,Medicago ruthenica,Medicago sativa and Medicago truncatula.The results showed that 4001to 4659pairs(37.61%to 38.37%)of duplicated genes were affected by gene conversion in the two soybean genomes and 1512to 5567pairs(10.71%to 47.41%)of duplicated genes were affected by gene conversion in the four Medicago species after the LCT(legume-common tetraploid)event.Analysis of the location of converted genes on chromosomes revealed that the occurrence of gene conversion was not significantly related to the location of the gene on the chromosomes.Gene conversion resulted in more similar expression patterns of duplicated genes.Genes with specific functions in different species tend to undergo gene conversion.Gene conversion may promote nitrogen fixation in legume rhizomes.
