摘 要:针对阵列涡流分时复用技术中,因延时导致检测效率低的问题,提出了基于锁相技术的阵列涡流信号同步处理方法。建立了仿真模型,探究了小幅度频率信号的改变对探头性能的影响,提出了基于锁相技术的阵列涡流信号处理方法,并搭建了实验检测系统。实验结果表明:该信号处理方法可以有效克服阵列涡流不同通道检测信号之间的相互干扰,对钢板人工缺陷具有较好的检测能力,能够明显提升阵列涡流检测效率。研究结果可为阵列涡流不同通道间的干扰信号处理和提高检测效率提供理论依据和方法参考。Aiming at the problem of low detection efficiency due to delay in array eddy current time-division multiplexing technology,an array eddy current signal synchronization processing method based on phase-locking technology is proposed.A simulation model is established to explore the impact of small amplitude frequency signal changes on performance of probe,an array eddy current signal processing method based on phase-locked technology is proposed,and an experimental detection system is built up.The experimental results show that the signal processing method can effectively overcome the mutual interference between the detection signals of different channels of the array eddy current,it has a better detection ability for the artificial defects of the steel plate,and can significantly improve the efficiency of the array eddy current detection.The research results can provide a theoretical basis and method reference for the interference signal processing between different channels of the array eddy current and the improvement of the detection efficiency.
