摘  要:设计了一种基于磁致伸缩效应的永磁体剩磁温度系数测量装置。采用非绝热条件下的输出电压模型来计算不同温度下偏置磁场的大小。基于该模型,对3种不同牌号的钕铁硼永磁体的剩磁温度系数进行了测量。结果表明:在工作温度范围内,N38M和N40H牌号的永磁体的剩磁温度系数测量结果与对应牌号永磁体给定的范围一致;N48SH牌号的永磁体剩磁温度系数测量结果与该牌号给定范围有6.9%的偏差,重复测量存在2.5%的相对误差,该传感器目前可用于120℃以下永磁体剩磁温度系数的测量。A device for measuring remanent temperature coefficient of permanent magnets based on magnetostrictive effect is designed.The output voltage model under non-adiabatic condition is used to calculate the magnitude of bias magnetic field at different temperatures.Based on this model,the remanence temperature coefficients of three different brands of NdFeB permanent magnets are measured.The results show that in the working temperature range,the measurement results of remanence temperature coefficient of permanent magnets of N38M and N40H brands are consistent with the given range of permanent magnets of corresponding brands;the measurement result of remanence temperature coefficient of N48SH brand permanent magnet is 6.9% off from the given range of this brand,and the relative error of repeated measurement is 2.5%,the sensor can be used to measure the remanence temperature coefficient of permanent magnets below 120℃.
