摘  要:为监测大型建筑等结构中众多螺栓的早期松动情况,提出了一种基于螺栓间弹性线曲率变化的螺栓松动视觉检测方法。通过在螺栓组间引入细弹性线来放大螺栓松动角度变化,以监测螺栓间弹性线上固定点的曲率来判断螺栓松动情况。首先,对螺栓间的弹性线进行图像采集并预处理;之后,使用Steger算法提取弹性线中心点亚像素坐标以提高检测精度;然后,建立弹性线拟合方程,计算弹性线的曲率;最后,监测弹性线上固定点的曲率变化,并根据该点的曲率值来判断螺栓松动角度。实验结果表明:该方法检测精度较高,能够有效对早期微小的螺栓松动角度进行检测。In order to monitor connection state of many bolts in large-scale buildings and other structures,a bolt-loosening visual detection method based on the change of elastica curvature between bolts is proposed.By introducing thin elastic line is used between the bolt groups,amplify the change of the bolt loosening angle,and judge whether the bolt is losse by monitoring the curvature of the fixed point on the bolt elastica line.Firstly,images of the elastic line between bolts are collected and preprocessed.Then,the Steger algorithm is used to extract the subpixel coordinates of the center point of the elastic line to improve the detection precision.Next,the elastic line fitting equation is established and the curvature of the elastic line is calculated.Finally,the curvature changes at fixed points on the elastic line are monitored.And according to the curvature value of this point early,the loosening angle of bolts is detected effectively,which can meet actual engineering requirements.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high detection precision,it can effectively detect the early small bolt loosening angle.
