摘　　要：推进应用型人才的培养向纵深发展,关键在于观念的转变,而文化是孕育观念的母体,三苏文化是四川工商学院的鲜明特色,只有对三苏文化的关注、挖掘与建设,实现价值取向的嬗变,才能实现由一般应用型人才向特色应用型人才的根本转变。这是因为三苏文化是更新培养应用型人才理念的导航器,是定位特色应用型人才培养目标的生成器,是创新特色应用型人才培养方式的孵化器,是改进特色应用型人才培养手段的助推器。The key to promote the training of application-oriented talents to in-depth development lies in the transformation of concepts,and culture is the mother carrier of conception.Sansu Culture is the distinctive feature of Sichuan Technology and Business University.The fundamental transformation from general application-oriented talents to characteristic application-oriented talents can be realized unless the university pays attention to the construction and excavation of Sansu Culture achieves the transformation of value orientation.This is due to the factor that Sansu culture is not only a navigator for updating the concept of cultivating application-oriented talents and a generator for positioning the training goals of characteristic application-oriented talents,but also an incubator for innovating the training methods of characteristic application-oriented talents,and a booster for improving the training methods of characteristic application-oriented talents as well.
