摘 要:补气增焓技术可以有效地提高空调系统性能,降低能耗。本文用Aspen Plus软件建立带补气增焓的R410A空调系统模型。研究了蒸发温度、过热度、过冷度对空调系统性能的影响。结果表明:蒸发温度、过热度和过冷度会影响补气制冷量和补气EER的增幅,最高可分别达到22.01%和14.89%。与过热度相比,过冷度对室内环境温度的影响更大,其室内温度降幅可达到6.8%。Enhanced vapor injection technology can effectively improve the performance of air conditioning system and reduce energy consumption.This paper used Aspen Plus to establish a model of R410A air conditioning system with supplementary gas and enthalpy increase.The effects of evaporation temperature,superheat and supercooling on the performance of air conditioning system were studied.The results showed that the evaporation temperature,superheat and supercooling degree would affect the increase of cooling capacity and EER of enhanced vapor injection which could reach 22.01%and 14.89%respectively.Compared with superheat,supercooling has a greater impact on indoor ambient temperature,and its indoor temperature can drop by 6.8%.
