摘　　要：大力支持青少年学生加强身体锻炼,并对锻炼和健身的方式进行创新,是与时俱进的新要求。校园健身操舞作为校园文化的重要组成部分,近年来越来越受到广大学生的青睐。解决青少年学生体质健康问题,优化校园健身操舞的内容是项目发展的迫切需求。针对这些问题,本文剖析了不同特色道具的特色及特征,从动作整体规划、音乐筛选、组合创编等方面入手,对原创青少年系列轻器械健身操舞作品进行深入分析,鼓励创编者开拓思路大胆尝试,在轻器械创编过程中使用多种道具,借鉴不同舞蹈风格,不断创造出具有多样化风格的动作组合,以期为青少年轻器械操舞创编时不同道具元素和特点的融入提供创编理论以及实践参考。Strong support for young students to enhance their physical exercise and innovate in their workout routines is a new requirement to keep up with the times.As an integral part of campus culture,school aerobics has gained increasing popularity among students in recent years.Addressing the physical well-being of young students and optimizing the content of school aerobics is an urgent need for program development.To tackle these issues,this paper examines the distinctive features of various props and scrutinizes the original youth series of light apparatus aerobics from the perspectives of overall movement planning,music selection,and combination creation.On this basis,the creators are encouraged to open up ideas and try boldly,use a variety of props in the process of creation of light apparatus,learn from different dance styles,and constantly create a combination of movements with diverse styles.The objective is to furnish a theoretical and practical guide for integrating diverse prop elements and characteristics into youth light apparatus aerobics choreography.
