摘　　要：深化对馆员及其服务的认识,对于完善图书馆学理论、指导图书馆发展意义重大。文章构建了图书馆系统的逻辑模型,基于模型使用系统分析方法,以馆员为服务主体,对图书馆服务的形成和发展、图书馆的发展和转型进行梳理,分析馆员的变革及发展趋势,并给出新的合理解释。文章认为馆员是图书馆系统中的角色,可由人员或设备来扮演。作为角色的馆员不会消亡,图书馆及其服务的内涵式发展就是设备不断取代人员或扮演馆员的过程。A further understanding of librarian and librarian based services is very important for improving the theory of library science and guiding libraries'practice.The article builds a logical model of the library system,adopts the method of system analysis based on the model,takes the librarian as the main body of the service,sorts out the formation and development of the library service,the development and transformation of the library,analyzes the change and development trend of the librarian,and gives a new rational explanation.The article believes that librarians are roles in the library system,which can be played by personnel or equipment.The librarian as a role will not die out,and the internal development of libraries and their services is the process of equipment constantly replacing personnel to play the role of librarian.
